1. How long does it take to process my order for shipping?
Orders are processed in 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. What shipping courier was used to ship my order?
Within the United States, we ship Standard and Expedited orders via First Class Mail (USPS), DHL or UPS Ground. Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If you would like to waive the signature confirmation requirement, please send your request in an email to customerservice@iemory.com . Otherwise, all packages requiring a signature may experience a delayed or failed delivery.
Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on destination. It usually takes 7-10 days for US orders to arrive.
Shipping is not available for orders with a P.O. Box or APO/FPO shipping address.
3. Will my Overnight/2nd Day order ship the same day the order is submitted?
Orders need to be submitted by 10am PST (Pacific Standard Time) to guarantee shipping by the same day. If your order is placed after 10am PST, but before 3pm PST, we may be able to accommodate same day shipping upon request. Submit request to: customerservice@iemory.com.
Overnight/2nd Day orders will be delivered Monday through Friday. If you would like to request a special Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service at: customerservice@iemory.com. Additional shipping fee will apply.
